Well I believe we are officially in the holiday season. There are only so many days before yet another Christmas will be just a memory. As they say, "there is no time like the present" to get to doing something, so I thought I would put up a few sepia shots while this special season is before us.
As I sprinkle in some graininess and various shades of yellowing, I like to find some pictures to deconstruct that are void of modern items. Sounds easy, but it is amazing how products of our times find their way into many views of our lives...
I know sepia is not everyone's cup of tea, and that is totally understandable. It is just a fun thing for me to learn and have fun with. I like to think back to yesteryear and how it might of been.

I like the old-timey look of sepia although I am not really good at making it work for me. :) Even things that have no modern trappings in them don't always work. Ask me! I seem to find them all!
I think I like the ornaments best, and not because they are all about Christmas! :)
