After the small departure we made over the weekend, we started our way back home around 17:30. Shortly after leaving my 2-month-old daughter needed to latch on to my wife's breast to feed and with my older daughter we decided to get out of the car and approach a small lagoon that with abundant rains usually covers the road to enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Después de la pequeña salida que hicimos el fin de semana emprendimos el camino de regreso a casa cerca de las 17.30 horas. A poco de salir mi hija de 2 meses necesitaba prenderse al pecho de mi esposa para alimentarse y con mi hija mayor decidimos bajar del auto y acercarnos a una pequeña laguna que con abundantes lluvias suele tapar la carretera para disfrutar de un bello atardecer.
As you can see in the images, we arrived just for the golden hour, the time of day when everything is tinged with a color between yellowish and orange.
Como pueden apreciar en las imágenes llegamos justo para la hora dorada, momento del día en donde todo se tiñe de un color entre amarillento y anaranjado.
The lagoons were full of flocks of ducks that from time to time came very close to us, so we tried to keep still so as not to scare them.
Las lagunas estaban colmadas de bandadas de patos que de a ratos se acercaban muy cerca de nosotros por lo cual intentamos mantenernos inmóviles para no asustarlos.
After a few minutes of contemplating the scenery and the friendly ducks we return to the car to take the road back home.
Después de unos minutos de contempla el pasisaje y los simpáticos patos regresamos hasta el auto para tomar el camino de regreso a casa.
