They also hires a blockchain research engineer to work in San Jose, Calif. for the newly formed blockchain research group (BRG) responsible for investigating the newly formed blockchain technology and its potential applications.
Successful candidates will lead the discovery of use cases that can facilitate PayPal's understanding of blockchain implementation and details.
