It's one of those days, where you know you won't be lifting weights but you burned a good amount of calories on the treadmill.
So, for my post-workout meal, I wanted to have a light yet indulging food.
I decided to cook the smoked salmon in butter and olive oil which only took about two minutes, paired with quinoa, and am in heaven! ;p
