Un gusto saludarles a todos, espero que estén bien y que todo se les esté dando bonito.
Cuando veo las fotografías que tomo con mi celular de diferentes momentos, me siento muy agradecida de vivir en un lugar donde existan lugares tan lindos y llenos de aire puro.
Confieso que había perdido un poco las ganas de salir a caminar porque me sentía muy cansada del trabajo, pero esas ganas regresaron a mí hace poco y como lo disfruté.
Hace años pasaba muy seguido por estos caminos, pero en carro junto con mi familia los fines de semana para dar un paseo y nunca me imaginé tener la oportunidad de descubrir más a fondo todo lo que me ofrecen las montañas de mi región.
Mi novio y yo estuvimos caminando por senderos donde hay casas con estilo chalet, pero desafortunadamente están un poco abandonadas.
En el camino conseguimos un lindo animalito y lo ayudamos para que no fuese arrollado por un auto. Por cierto, ¿alguien sabe de cien pies? Son bastante curiosos.
Ese día, como ven, ya era un poco tarde para salir a caminar y se nos hizo de noche. Yo estaba un poco asustada porque mientras caminabas se escuchaban animalitos nocturnos haciendo su vida normal y parecía un poco como una película de terror.
Luego llegamos a un lugar donde hay una laguna escondida bajo planta de agua y allí se escuchaban muchas ranas y también logramos ver un pequeño animalito con bioluminiscencia parecida a las luciérnagas, pero con otro nombre. Era muy lindo cómo brillaban por todo el camino.
A veces las personas piensan que Venezuela es un país muy caótico por todos sus problemas políticos y que solo son problemas y malas personas, pero la verdad es que dentro de ella hay mucho más que eso.
Tenemos un excelente clima y paisajes donde abunda una gran diversidad de flora y fauna. Tengo 30 años viviendo en Venezuela y aún sigo descubriendo lugares tan seguros y llenos de paz que me cuesta creer que solo piensen mal de algunos de nosotros.
Me da mucha alegría compartir con ustedes estos lugares que ante mis ojos son mucho más lindos que en fotografía.

When I look at the pictures I take with my cell phone of different moments, I feel very grateful to live in a place where there are such beautiful places full of fresh air.
I confess that I had lost a little the desire to go for a walk because I felt very tired from work, but that desire came back to me recently and I enjoyed it.
Years ago I used to go through these trails very often, but by car with my family on weekends for a walk and I never imagined I would have the opportunity to discover in more depth all that the mountains of my region have to offer.
My boyfriend and I were walking on trails where there are chalet style houses, but unfortunately they are a bit abandoned.
On the way we got a cute little animal and helped it not to get hit by a car. By the way, does anyone know about a hundred feet? They are quite curious.
That day, as you can see, it was a little late to go for a walk and it got dark. I was a bit scared because while you were walking you could hear little nocturnal animals going about their normal lives and it sounded a bit like a horror movie.
Then we arrived at a place where there is a lagoon hidden under a water plant and there we could hear many frogs and we could also see a small animal with bioluminescence similar to fireflies, but with a different name. It was very cute how they were shining all over the road.
Sometimes people think that Venezuela is a very chaotic country because of all its political problems and that there are only problems and bad people, but the truth is that there is much more than that.
We have an excellent climate and landscapes where a great diversity of flora and fauna abounds. I have been living in Venezuela for 30 years and I am still discovering places so safe and full of peace that I find it hard to believe that they only think badly of some of us.
It gives me great joy to share with you these places that in my eyes are much more beautiful than in photographs.
