My first time entry to Photo 52 hosted by @wwwiebe. I wanted to give it a go after seeing the lovely Blue entries from my friends @johannpiber and @melinda010100.
Blue is my favorite color. I have so many pieces of clothing that are a deep shade of blue.
A belt I crocheted to go with the top for a different look.
I looked at the toques and scarf I crocheted for myself during the winter and was surprised how many were done in shades of blues.
One of my favorite things in the house is the golden vase of Bast with the blue background. Hubby had this before we got together.
Bast was a goddess in Egyptian mythology.

I’ve turned the shiny black raven into a funky edit to give him some blue.
#funkyedits is inspired by @krazypoet. The edit makes the raven look like something out of a horror movie.:)

That blue/gold vase looks very valuable and I'm sure you have a lot of sentimental attachment to it also.

I’m not as talented as you think. 😂 since I can only crochet. When I was young my mother tried to show me how to knit and I just couldn’t grasp it. Years later a friend was crocheting and I picked it up easily.
Well, I knit but I can't crochet even though I gave it a go, so you ARE talented.

Blue is a great colour! I love it, too; one of my favourites, right up there with red and purple.

That vase looks cool - I like the ancient egyptian art culture and a small flat bust of Queen Nefertiti has been hanging around my neck for 35 years now :)
What a mad looking raven - his right eye looks directly to me 😲 I'd prefer the beautiful blue jays because the raven scares me 😉, nice edit though 🙂

You have got to be kidding me! I have a small gold bust of Nefertiti hanging around my neck. I've had it for at least 35-40 yr. I used to wear it all the time then starting wearing a Celtic design one which I lost and have been back to wearing Nefertiti.
Just took this.
The raven does look mad but I think he is a pussy cat as Tiny was chasing him away this morning while he was eating the food I put out.

Johann, your queen is exactly the same size. Mine is not that big. The angle may have made it look bigger. It is a coincidence as I didn't know anyone who had one also. We just have good taste. 😉
This morning I wanted to get Tiny on video making dashs at the raven but it all happened so fast. I haven’t taken many videos but I’ll try to get one of them as it was pretty funny.

I don't think so, because mine is only about 15 millimeters long (high) and very flat, but that doesn't matter - we have a good taste, as you said 👍🙂 and I don't know anybody either who has one 😉
It's always funny when little animals, especially such cute ones play around, even if they destroy something or are otherwise naughty 😂
I had a good but short night and wanted to get up early for the sunrise at the lake, but I didn't hear the alarm clock. Although I got up a lot later than I wanted I was just in time for the sunrise, but there were many clouds and so I just made a video which I haven't looked at yet. The weather is beautiful and I think I'll go for a ride and if I come home early enough I'll have a look at the video and some photos I have made this morning - maybe I'll make a post ... or maybe I'm too lazy as most times these days ;)

A great day all around - you were in time for the sunrise and the weather is beautiful. The day here looks good too.
The raven and squirrel were here this morning. Tiny chatted angrily at him from the safety of the deck post but never make a run at him.
I wouldn’t say you are lazy when you work hard and get up early for enjoyment of nature. I am looking forward to seeing the video and photos.
I don’t have any post planned for today and may go into Montague later this morning.

I have just come home frommy ride - I sat the whole afternoon in the saddle and stopped only once, because by gas tank has been almost empty ... no break, no photo, but a lot of fun 🙂
Now I am a little bit tired and don't think I'll do anything more tonight than reply to the comments and do some votings - tomorrow's another day ;)
