Working Out and Not Losing Weight? Here's Why

You start doing workout and you are super excited to see the results. Unfortunately, you are not losing weight. Now you are wondering why this is happening. Why are you not losing weight in spite of working out?

When you do the workout, you think working out too hard is good. You push yourself harder every single day. You barely take rest. As a matter of fact, this is not good. You do exercise and train hard one day. The next day, you should take some rest to recover. Or, you should do light training. You do exercise that is not hard, go easy. It takes time for your body to recover. You need to give that time to your body.

When we practice martial arts, if we do hard training one day, the next day we don't train that hard. We usually do some exercise and basic martial arts moves. Whether you learn martial arts or do any workout to lose weight, listen to your body.

One of the reasons you are not losing weight is, you are not watching what you eat. What is on your plate? Now you start thinking that you are not doing a good job when you choose to eat. If you keep eating unhealthy food or food that you should avoid, you are not going to achieve your fitness goals.

You need to drink enough water, otherwise, your body will not function properly. It acts as fuel in your body. You can drink water when you get back home from the fitness center. When you get up in the morning, you can start your day drinking water. You need to drink enough water to stay healthy and fit.

By the way, how long do you sleep? It is directly related to your health. This can be one of the reasons you are not losing weight. Have a good night's sleep is a must to stay healthy and achieve your fitness goals. If you don't have enough sleep and you think to lose weight, that would be always in your imagination.
