Desi Macaroni Pasta is one of my favorite breakfast dishes when I am short of ideas especially in this lockdown. It's a quick & easy recipe which is liked by kids & adults both. The twisty tangy flavor of tomato and the goodness of turmeric & curry leaves will create a complete desi style. Macaroni is one kind of pasta which can be made easily with different kinds of spices. You can also add capsicum or any other vegetable you like. Basically there are no rules to this recipe. But this combination is what I like the most. Please do try at your home and I am sure you will like it. It's also a kid's lunchbox recipe. Also called Masala Macaroni.
Ingredients (2 Servings)
Macaroni- 1 cup
Onion- 1 finely chopped
Green chillies-2-3 finely chopped
Tomatoes paste- 3 small
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Mustard seed- half teaspoon
Curry leaves- 7-8
Ginger garlic paste- half tablespoon
Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Salt to taste

Desi Macaroni Pasta mere pasandeeda naashte mein se ek hai, jab mere paas vichaaron kee kamee hai. yah ek tvarit aur aasaan resipee hai jo bachchon aur badon donon ko pasand aatee hai. tamaatar ka teekha svaad aur haldee aur karee patte kee achchhaee pooree desee shailee banaegee. maikaronee ek prakaar ka paasta hai jise vibhinn prakaar ke masaalon ke saath aasaanee se banaaya ja sakata hai. aap shimala mirch ya apanee pasand kee koee bhee sabjee bhee daal sakate hain. mool roop se is nuskha ke lie koee niyam nahin hain. lekin yah sanyojan mujhe sabase jyaada pasand hai. krpaya apane ghar par prayaas karen aur mujhe yakeen hai ki aap ise pasand karenge.
