Hummus is a popular dish from Middle East and Mediterranean. It is creamy dish made from boiled chickpeas or kabuli chana blended with sesame paste, lemon juice, garlic and other ingredients. In this recipe, I am making Roasted Beetroot Hummus which is very healthy and tasty. Roasting beetroot will give it a smooth smoky flavor and a very eye pleasing pink color. You can have it as a dip, spread or eat it directly. Mostly it is eaten with Pita bread or Sliced raw carrot & cucumber. This recipe is very easy and can be made quickly at home. Everyone from Children to adults to senior citizens will love it. Adding extra virgin olive oil makes it healthier too. A perfect Vegan recipe!

2 small roasted beet
I and half cup chickpeas ( soaked and boiled)
2 tsp tosted sesame seeds
1/2 large lemon (juiced)
1 healthy pinch salt and black pepper
5-6 large cloves garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive
