jalebee bhaarateeyon ke lie sabase jyaada pasand kee jaane vaalee mithaee hai. kuchh logon ne ise ravivaar ke naashte ke roop mein aur kuchh log ise shaam ke naashte ke roop mein pasand karate hain. lekin koee bhee is smoodee ko orenj sveet dish ka virodh nahin kar sakata. yah mool roop se pretzel ka bhaarateey sanskaran hai. jalebee ko sahee banaane kee kunjee isakee khastaata hai jo ki dubala hone par aatee hai. yah sarpil mithaee aasaanee se ghar par aasaanee se upalabdh saamagree ke saath banaee ja sakatee hai aur kam se kam samay le rahee hai.
aap halavaee jaayasee jalebee ghar par bana sakate hain aur vaastav mein behatar, svaadisht aur kurakura bhee. ise aaj hee aajamaen.

Baking soda- 1/2 TSP
Vinegar- half spoon
Curd - 2 TSP
Pinch of Turmeric powder
