As everyday passes by, we are faced with one great thought by the time we go to bed to crossover to the next day.
What have I achieved today?
It doesn't matter how hard you try to ignore this question. Or how much you want or don't really want to ask yourself. It is always there, waiting for you. And when faced with this question, you should be able to give a positive answer to it, Otherwise, you will by then just realise you have wasted a day of your life. A day that will never return, ever again.
Well, while we are certain that not all days will go as planned and we are in for a long time goal that will only be achieved in a farther future. As well as the ups and down with it. We can try out learning a new thing everyday. And by so doing, we would see that even after having a bad day at times, which is inevitable, we have something that makes the day count. Something that you took from that day to the next day and the day after, like you are gathering pieces by pieces of something to make a huge invention. But the big question is,
How Do We Learn Everyday
Learning everyday does not mean you go out to look for something big like a trade or enroll for a class to grab a knowledge of something. While that also seems nice, learning could also be achieved in those little things you seek out for. Like turning on your TV to check out some happenings around you or some information that may come in handy, searching through the internet for something new or you have any meaningful conversation with others.
The benefits of all these things are the accumulation of knowledge on various aspects of life. Sometimes, the information or knowledge we use to save the day are not the ones we learnt in school or paid to learn. They are the once we came across on the net while surfing for something else, or the ones we received while watching our favorite TV channels, or even the ones we were able to grab out of that meaningful conversation we had with others.
Learning everyday could be of great advantage as it could make you ready to accept and adapt to any new situation you may come across. This is because we are faced with many situations in life everyday that needs different approaches to solve them. The more knowledge that you are able to gather, the more you can be able to solve each of these situations whenever they appear.
Adding to that, learning can make you very confident. And there is no doubt that confidence is a great quality you should have if you want to end up in a meaningful life. And the best way to attain such is by attaining the necessary knowledge. You don't have to rely on the ones you gather from schooling because they are never enough to guide you through the rough stages of life.
To crown it all, learning makes one more social, which is a great factor. You should try communicating to different people on different matters, which will in turn make you learn new things. This can be brought down to the Hive communities as a whole, as interacting with different people all you can find on this network is indirectly giving you the chance to communicate with different people from all over the world, which will make others see you as an active person worth engaging with.
So, don't just stand there watching the clock. Keep moving along with it. And the best way you can do that is to learn something new everyday!
