Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day. It is also a great way to get rid of clutter you don't need.

  • Do not have breakfast
    There are many of us who wake up very late in the morning which makes us rush out for office work or other work and as a result we do not eat breakfast. .
  • Selecting the wrong menu
    Many times we are seen eating packaged foods instead of homemade snacks such as cakes, pancakes, cupcakes. Never eat these foods as breakfast. These foods help you gain weight.
  • Eat juice
