TORTA DE MAÍZ / CORN CAKE

En esta oportunidad les traigo una receta encantadora, se trata de una deliciosa torta de maíz (jojoto), es muy fácil de preparar, económica y perfecta para una visita o simplemente para merendar, así que toma nota del paso a paso para que te animes a prepararla en casa.
Hello friends, I hope you had a great day. This time I bring you a charming recipe, it is a delicious corn (jojoto) cake, it is very easy to prepare, cheap and perfect for a visit or just for a snack, so take note of the step by step so you can prepare it at home.
Ingredientes:
✍ 1 taza de maíz dulce en grano.
✍ 1 taza de azúcar.
✍ 1 taza de leche.
✍ ½ taza de aceite.
✍ 2 tazas de harina de trigo todo uso.
✍ 2 huevos.
✍ 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear.
✍ 1 cucharadita de vainilla.
✍ ¼ cucharadita de sal.
Ingredients:
✍ 1 cup sweet corn kernels.
✍ 1 cup of sugar.
✍ 1 cup of milk.
✍ ½ cup of oil.
✍ 2 cups of all-purpose wheat flour.
✍ 2 eggs.
✍ 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
✍ 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
✍ ¼ teaspoon of salt.
Paso a Paso / Step by Step
Comenzamos licuando el maíz, leche, aceite, azúcar, huevos y vainilla.
We start by blending the corn, milk, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Vaciamos la mezcla en un envase y agregamos la harina de trigo, polvo para hornear y la sal tamizada. Mezclamos hasta que todo quede bien integrado.
We empty the mixture into a container and add the wheat flour, baking powder and the sifted salt. We mix until everything is well integrated.
Agregamos la mezcla en una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada y hornee por 40 minutos a 180 ºC o hasta que al introducir el palillo salga limpio.
Add the mixture to a previously greased and floured tray and bake for 40 minutes at 180 ºC or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Retira del horno, deja enfriar y desmolda.
Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold.
Espolvorea la azúcar y disfrute de esta deliciosa torta.
Sprinkle the sugar and enjoy this delicious cake.
