After work I stopped by to do some sports. A trainer friend of mine gave me the opportunity to fully exercise on a sports simulator. I came at a time when there were many young people at the stadium, it was a sports event, young people were organizing competitions. It was really interesting and fun. I am very glad that young people find time to go in for sports, this suggests that the nation is developing correctly and schematically. Healthy and strong young people are the pride of any state. My training took two hours, I do not strive to become a cool athlete, my goal is to do a little warm-up after a working day.
I went to an art school where there is a beautiful flower alley and took a couple of photos. If I'm not mistaken, autumn flowers look beautiful, for example, I really like to photograph plants.
