I saw this interesting poster in a center where we are visiting. So I thought it would be nice sharing it to the community.
I was surprised how much sugar we put into our body mindlessly, and that's all in one drinking.
What we put inside, affects our entire body inside and outside, as the saying goes "You are what you eat".
Choose your drinks wisely. "A prevention is better than cure". Health is a result.
