Hola! Hoy les traigo mi participación para la iniciativa de @readmymind y @morethanbooks, la cual consiste en contar por aquí cuál es nuestro top 3 de series favoritas. En mi caso, no he visto demasiadas series y de hecho pocas las he terminado. La verdad es que me cuesta esperar a que salga una temporada nueva cada año y por ese motivo suelo dejarlas "a medias". El punto es que en esta publicación les contaré sobre algunas de las que he visto completas y que me han encantado.
Hi! Today I bring you my participation for the initiative of @readmymind and @morethanbooks, which consists of sharing here what is our top 3 favorite series. In my case, I haven't seen too many series and in fact I haven't finished them. The truth is that I find it hard to wait for a new season to come out every year and that's why I usually leave them "halfway". The point is that in this publication I will tell you about some of the ones I have seen complete and that I have loved.
Orange Is The New Black: Es una serie que empecé a ver hace un par de años y me enganchó desde el primer momento. Los personajes están muy bien estructurados a nivel psicológico, y las historias, raíces, motivaciones y personalidades están perfectamente enlazadas a través de todas las temporadas. Lo que más me gustó de esa serie es que cuentan la niñez y adolescencia de cada uno de los personajes, lo que ayuda muchísimo a entender por qué se encuentran en una determinada situación. Es una serie que me hizo aprender sobre culturas, religiones, razas, sexualidad, etc, la recomiendo al 100%.
Orange Is The New Black: It's a series that I started watching a couple of years ago and I was hooked from the very first moment. The characters are very well structured on a psychological level, and the stories, roots, motivations and personalities are perfectly linked throughout the seasons. What I liked most about the series is that they tell about the childhood and adolescence of each of the characters, which helps a lot to understand why they are in a certain situation. It's a series that made me learn about cultures, religions, races, sexuality, etc. I recommend it 100%.
Jane The Virgin: Jane me acompañó durante aproximadamente un año, desde septiembre del año pasado hasta septiembre de este año, cuando publicaron la última temporada en Netflix. Es una de mis series favoritas porque logró que me desconectara totalmente de los problemas que estaba viviendo en esos momentos. Me ayudó a vivir el presente, me relajé, reí, lloré y me enamoré de los personajes. Admito que algunas partes me eran aburridas, sobre todo las escenas de Rogelio, pero el personaje de Jane, su vida, su personalidad, sus objetivos y metas, y sus amores, son el eje central de la serie y por eso me gustó tanto tanto...
Jane The Virgin: Jane was with me for about a year, from September of last year until September of this year, when they published the last season on Netflix. It's one of my favorite series because it got me totally disconnected from the problems I was experiencing at the time. It helped me to live the present, I relaxed, I laughed, I cried and I fell in love with the characters. I admit that some parts were boring to me, especially the scenes of Rogelio, but Jane's character, her life, her personality, her goals and objectives, and her loves, are the central axis of the series and that's why I liked it so much...
Gran Hotel: Esta es una serie española que vi con mi familia y que disfruté muchísimo. Tiene las dosis necesarias de ficción, suspenso, romance, drama e historia. Es una serie que no se alargó de forma innecesaria, cada uno de los capítulos son emocionante e interesantes, y vale totalmente la pena verla completa. Los vestuarios y escenografías son un plus que te transportan a otra época, y el romance es de película. Sin duda, otra de mis favoritas.
Gran Hotel: This is a Spanish series that I saw with my family and that I enjoyed very much. It has the necessary doses of fiction, suspense, romance, drama and history. It's a series that didn't go on unnecessarily long, each one of the chapters is exciting and interesting, and totally worth seeing. The costumes and scenery are a plus that transports you to another era, and the romance is like a movie. Without a doubt, another of my favorites.
