Good evening guys!
Today was a tiring day for me. I dealt with housework again. I tried new recipes. The weather was very hot today. So I had some difficulty working in the kitchen. But it was worth it. A nice cookie appeared.
These cookies are vegan and refined sugar free. Prettt healthy. Also ideal for children.
Ingredients for cookies;
•tahini
•molasses
•oat
We put a glass of tahini and molasses in a bowl. We add oats, in small pieces. We mix all the ingredients.
The dough should have a consistency that will not stick to our hands.
We shape. I gave a big round shape.
We bake our cookies at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Ourcookies are ready. My husband liked these cookies. He said you should always do these.
