Hello.

I've been using a technique called intermittent fasting to lose weight for two days. Everything is going fine for now. In line with my future experiences, I intend to keep you informed of developments. This morning, I wanted to have a sweet-heavy breakfast and I didn't restrict myself. I usually apply a technique that is done without too many restrictions. Anyway, while I was thinking about what to do, I saw bananas at home and I wanted to make a pancake with banana filling. I'm not a person who always consumes sweets for breakfast, but for some reason today I wanted to have a sweet-based breakfast. Anyway, whenever I plan something about nutrition, I always want something. I just can't manage. I think the universe is testing me. It would be unreasonable to blame the universe though, because I love to eat and I can never be willful about willpower. :)

Meterials;


1 Egg
2 Bananas
Vanillin
A Glass of Flour
Baking powder
A Spoon of Oil
Half Glass of Milk
A Spoon of Powdered Sugar (optional, I didn't put it)

I whipped the milk and egg until smooth.

I added the vanilla and baking soda and whisked again. You can also use a stick of vanilla if you prefer.

I added the flour and continued whisking. I recommend that you do not add the flour all at once. It will be much better if you add it by looking at its consistency. Add flour until you get a cake batter and stop adding flour when you get a consistency. A glass of flour is just right for my recipe.

Then I added a spoonful of oil. It makes more sense to add it to the dough instead of pouring it into the pan. In this way, there is no sticking.

When the dough was ready, I took the pan on the stove and started to heat it. On the other hand, I cut the bananas into slices. I dipped the bananas I cut into the mixture and put them in the heated pan. I continued this process until I was done with the banana.

If you want it to be in a full circle shape, you can use the circular molds sold for this. Since it was not a problem for me, I randomly added it to the pan. The most important thing for me is taste. Maybe I could add it to the pan with a little more care, but I was very hungry and wanted to fill my stomach as soon as possible! :)

I would like to pour maple syrup on it, but it is a bit expensive and not always available in our country. I also added my favorite thing, strawberry jam. You can also add honey if you wish.

It was a practical and delicious experience. I will continue to make this recipe to satisfy my nafs when I crave dessert from time to time.
