Sweet corns have taken a huge space in the snack market over the past few years. Children love it and so do adults. The sweet taste mixed with some spices makes it a perfect snack. I like to make corn chaat with a lot of veggies.

Ingredients:
• 150 gms Sweet Corn
• Finely Chopped Onion
• Finely chopped carrot
• Finely chopped capsicum
• Finely chopped beans
• Finely chopped tomato
• Finely chopped Green chilli
• ¼ tablespoon black pepper powder
• 1 Lemon
• Coriander leaves
• Lettuce
• Mayonnaise half cup
• Salt as per taste
• 2 TBSP melted butter
Step 1: Boils the corn kernels and strain the extra water.
Step 2: Take the boiled corn kernels in a bowl. Add all the finely chopped veggies. Give it a good mix.
Step 3: Now add all the spices and mix well again.
Step 4: Add lemon juice after straining away the seeds.
Step 5: Melt 2 TBSP butter and add that too.
Step 6: Now give it a final mix ensuring all the ingredients are mixed well.
Step 7: Serve with a cool beverage.
