Potato Wedges is a form of English Aloo Chat, less spicier and more Italian. These days, one can find them easily among the frozen brand foods but fresh food is the best so I like to cook these at home. Its easy, simply, less time taking and can be baked or fried. Let’s see how we make it.

Ingredients:
• 5 Medium Sized Potatoes
• 12-15 garlic cloves
• 1 TBSP Black Pepper Powder
• Oregano
• Salt as per taste
• Olive Oil
Step 1: Wash the potatoes very well without taking the peel off. Now cut them in the shape of wedges.
Step 2: Heat water in a pan and put the potatoes in hot boiling water. Let them cook for about 10 minutes. Drain the water from the potatoes and keep aside.
Step 3: Now take olive oil in a pain. Add the finely chopped garlic to the oil and let them turn brown. Add all spices.
Step 4: Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees.
Step 5: Place the potatoes on the tray and pour the garlic oil over the potatoes. Mix well.
Step 6: Bake the potatoes for around 20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7: Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
