Winter Special Dry Fruit Milk!

We all like to have warm drinks in winters. One of the best and healthiest drinks to have in winters is dry fruit milk. It comes with the goodness of milk mixed with dry fruits which are extremely good to be consumed in winters. This is also a very good option for those who don’t like to consume dry fruits otherwise. Let’s see how we make it.

Ingredients

  1. 250 ml milk
  2. Grated garlic
  3. Grated turmeric or 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  4. 3-4 pieces almonds
  5. 3-4 pieces raisins
  6. 3-4 pieces khajoor
  7. 2 pieces anjeer
  8. 1 tbsp sugar

Recipe

Step 1: take milk in a pan. Keep it on slow flame.

Step 2: add the grated ginger, turmeric, sugar and let is boil for about 1-2 minutes.

Step 3: turn of the flame and strain the milk in another pan.

Step 4: now take all the dry fruits in a mixer and grind them to a. Coarse mixture.

Step 5: add the dry fruit mix to the milk and turn on the flame for another minute.

Step 6: serve hot!
