Que tal va su día? Pues mi tarde fue un poco fuera de lo normal considerando que aun estamos en cuarentena, en estos momentos en mi país estamos en una semana llamada " flexible " lo que quiere decir que podemos salir a comprar, trabajar, o visitar a nuestros familiares o amigos, hasta una hora tope, bastante flexible diría yo, entonces aprovechando esta semana aceptamos la invitación de Charlotte y su esposo
Ellos tienen una empresa de embutidos o chorizos, pizzas, pan, ya que el esposo de Charlotte cuyo nombre es Luis Jeanpier es nativo de Italia, y desde hace mucho tiempo han querido invitarnos a comer una de sus deliciosas creaciones, como decir que no a esta clase de invitaciones ? amo la comida jaja y mas si es diferente a la que normalmente comemos en Venezuela

I love the food haha and more if it is different from what we normally eat in Venezuela
Luego de llegar al departamento, establecer una grata conversación y podernos al día con las actividades, me dirigí a la cocina para ver que nos estaba preparando el señor Luis, me explico que tenia estos chorizos de pollo recién preparados, lo único diferente que tiene este a otros que ha hecho es que no tienen nada de grasa, lo que lo convierte en un tipo de chorizo sano, ademas como ven en la foto estaba condimentado por dentro, entonces coloco una sarten con aceite ( solo un poco ) y coloco los chorizos, mientras calentaba pico una cebolla pequeña para darle mas sabor al chorizo mientras de cocinaba

Aquí agrego la cebolla y fue mezclando sin parar para que el jugo de esta se impregne en el chorizo de pollo

En esta parte se tomo un momento para ir a la nevera y buscar una salsa, la cual no tenia nombre, se la agrego a los chorizos de pollo y por ultimo unos condimentos, le pregunte que era esa salsa y me dijo que es un secreto, una salsa que aprendió a hacer en Italia, justo en ese momento el apartamento se lleno de un delicioso aroma

Como resultado final las abrió por la mitad y baño en esa deliciosa salsa secreta, acompañado de un bollo de masa de maíz con queso rayado por encima, que delicia!! comí como tres de esos jajaja hasta hable con el señor Luis para que me enseña a realizar embutidos así de sabrosos
Lo que mas me agrado de este departamento fue el gran ventanal que tiene justo en la sala de estar, ilumina todo por dentro, ademas tienes una vista panorámica de todo el sector donde vives, justo estaba lloviznando y era una hermosura ver el cielo así, esta fue mi tarde de hoy que comparto con ustedes, gracias por leer y brindarme su apoyo, lo valoro mucho! hasta un próximo post, sugarelys.
