My Beloved friends,
This year is a denunciation from every perspective. We all are going through a pandemic which; affects not only economically also physically and mentally too. This year we also lost some famous football personalities. Indian football legends Pradip Kumar Banerjee(23rd June 1936-20th March 2020)passed away; we lost 'Chuni Goswami'(15thJan 1938-30th April 2020) and, Yesterday was also a black day for me because another legend of football 'Diego Amando Maradona'(Oct30,1960- Nov25,2020), passed away.

Pradip Kumar Banerjee:- In 1950, Between 'Patal Danga Street' and 'Kole market'(Kolkata), two famous personalities came to stay in rent. The distance between the two places was about four and a half minutes. One was a fictional character creator great 'Narayan Gangopadhyay'(the creator of the famous fictional character was TeniDa' in "charmurti"). It is my good fortune that; I am the relative of this famous writer. Another was the legend of football; Mr. P.K Banerjee, the non-fictional character. Pradip Banerjee was staying in a dormitory of Kole Market at that time. He spent time there (1963-1992). Though he has his own house in salt lake(Kolkata) then also he always loves to stay in this house. P.K . Banerjee represented India in 3times Asian Games 1958, 1962, 1966; respectively. He received 'Padma Shri' in the year 1990, Arjun award in 1961, FIFA award in 1990, and other awards too. In 1960 he was the captain of the summer Olympics. He was the Asian Games Gold medallist.

Chuni Goswami:- It's our bad fortunate who lived in Kolkata, we are not able to see you off, on your way to the crematory. Due to this pandemic. You won many 'Santosh Trophy' for us. We weren't able to take your dead body to 'Mohun Bagan Playground.' He was a star at the age of 11, at the age of 10; he and his brothers played at the 'Deshapriya playground'(Kolkata) when both the brothers were arguing about a goal. One person(Balai das Chatterjee) was passing by and stunt to see his performance. Later he became the mentor of 'Chuni Goswami.' He received the 'Arjuna Award' in 1963, 'Padma Shri' in 1983, and many more. He also loved to play cricket and played 'Ranji Trophy' for Bengal.

Diego Armando Maradona:- In 1980 he was the top footballer. At the age of 8, he started playing football under the club. He started Argentina's National team which won the WorldCup in 1986. After the 1982 world cup, he was the highest-paid footballer($7.6million) in 1983 (Barcelona in Spain) under coach 'Cesar Luis Menotti.' He defeated 'Real Madrid, the Spanish super cup, Athletic Bilbao. He performed as a coach in the Argentinean National Team; in the year 2008. It's a big loss not only for Argentines and football but for all football lovers in the whole world.
