In the summer of 2020, Dagestani Nina went to court to determine the final place of residence of her two sons and daughter.
The trial was won by ex-husband Magomed: the court decided that she could not bring them up because of the “immoral” lifestyle, tattoos and piercings, multi-colored hair and lack of a hijab.
The family had 3 kids. Nina left Magomed because of family violence he had caused with her - he beat her for a long time, even when she was pregnant...
Until 2020, the ex-husband did not help Nina with kids - now the debt is more than 800 thousand roubles.
At the beginning of 2020, the ex-husband stole the children for the first time. It happened on January 24th. Since then, the ex-husband has repeatedly picked up the children from school, without waiting for the end of classes.
He announced that he would write a statement to the court to finally determine who the children should stay with. However, nothing happened and Nina decided to file a lawsuit on her own.
Nina is sure that by taking the children for herself, Magomed hopes to avoid a child support debt. She added in that region women are often blackmailed by the opportunity to see their children and raise them in order to force them to refuse alimony.
The court ruled to leave the children with their father.

A judge called her lifestyle inappropriate based on Instagram Stories collected by her ex-husband.
On one of them, the son puts on a wig and dress and has fun with his sister - the court decided that Nina forms a tolerant attitude towards the LGBT community in children.
After the appeal, various examinations began. Experts found out what kind of life Nina really has, how children treat her, whether they want to live with her.
According to Nina, the examination showed that she does not lead any "immoral way" of life!!
The court must take into account the opinion of the children when making a decision if they are over 10 years old.
According to Nina, during the trial, they said that they wanted to be with their father, because Magomed had intimidated them. The eldest son is now 14, the daughter is 11, and the youngest son is 9.
Magomed took the children away after the first examination on December 14, 2020.
Nina noted that they are not with their father now!
According to her, at first the ex-husband simply handed over the sons and daughter to strangers who shelter them, and now he is transporting them from one relative to another.
Moreover, the children do not live together...
