Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
This is an entry for Beautiful Sunday, By @ace108, and Sublime Sunday, created by @c0ff33a. and I will share a couple of shots that to be are beautiful but to some, they may not be I also feel they may be sublime in my mind but again I guess that is a matter of perspective

This I came across on a walk through Eisenhower park a while back, it was hanging on a notice board and I thought it was kind of cool, and I guess someone thought to add a bit of fun and character to the noticeboard, but it did make me smile and I thought it was worth a shot even though at the time I had no idea how I would fit it into a post :)
Looking at it as I was looking for shots of this post, it made me think of how so many around the world are on some form of lockdown or Quarantine and looking out their windows longingly wicking things could return to normal and they can get out and about, which I can relate to as we seldom get out these days and only for a drive, but we are thinking when this cold spell passes to head out in the morning when I have heard the beaches are pretty deserted and get a short walk in together on the sandy beach, something which I feel my wife and I both need.
as for this next shot I know to some, perhaps most they will see nothing beautiful about it, but as I was walking by the East River I noticed this one day and I thought with the colors, light and shadow play it was kind of cool and hence this shot

I really like the two images, while I was looking at the first one, I began to think that maybe a child forgot and someone exposed it so that the child can locate it, as for the other image, this is a beautiful image, it has a lot of character and personality , ideal for our friend @ kus-knee's worldly art contest

A nice innovative way to grab the attention of people to check notice board, that decoration is kind of cute... I also love the second picture as well because of shade shadow and color contrast. It's fun to play with shade and shadow photography. Great showcase as usual.

Since I have been inspired by you to take and share photos (of other things and not just silver and gold coins and such), I have a constant urge to take photos of anything that makes me smile, because like you, I think that it is worth a shot. My frustration is to take the photo that will make the viewer smile too! Your photos always do that for me!

That cat looks somehow a bit sad to me, but I like the idea and I like the second shot very much - the colors of this old rusty overgrown with algae thing look great 😃

Well, I also find the photo of the toy beautiful and interesting and I agree with the theory that it is a toy that someone lost and by putting it there they hope that the owner can recover it.

Second photography is capturing with the rust against green water, nice photography would hate to know what sludge is in that water...

Ohh yeah I do feel for all the business owners including the restaurants who have had to close or do takeout, some can open here on the 20th but only for outdoor eating and limited seating to maintain some form of social distancing

I really think that bottom one is awesome. I think it is the contrasting colors that really make it stand out to me. Maybe you would call them complimentary colors since they go so well together. Who knows! I think they are great shots though!
Yes I do believe the colors compliment each other, I always spot rusty detail and that's what caught my eyes first but then from this angle the colors and light to me looked so nice
2nd image is curious looking think. Is there any purpose for it?
To be honest I am not sure what it is for I just thought it looked cool :)
