So guys finally the government allowed to reopen Gyms after a long 5 Months lockdown to all gyms.

And iam super excited to rejoin gym this time because i lost all my Gains and muscle mass in these 5 months and become a Fat Thor 😅

But thankfully iam glad that gyms are reopening now.

But there are some changes in the policies of gyms.

And have a look on the complosory gear for gym now.

Lol. Iam feeling like a Fire Man and this is complosory now to wear in gym. Offcourse for our own safety.

I hope gyms in your cities are also opened now and you guys are having daily Workout now.

lol, how does one do HIIT workout, or pretty much anything at all in gym. Like I was out of breath without wearing one of these, I am pretty sure that I can't workout and wear this at the same time😄
