"Al que madruga, Dios lo ayuda" || "The early bird catches the worm".
Acostumbro levantarme temprano todos los días a las 6:00 am, me gusta hacerlo para aprovechar el día como dice el refrán "Al que madruga Dios lo ayuda", para así comenzar el día con ánimo y sea muy provechoso y podemos obtener mejores resultados de nuestro trabajo que nos proponemos. Esta frase es una de mis favorita, subraya la importancia de levantarse con ganas y energía para dar lo mejor de uno mismo, además siempre cuando salimos de casa a primera hora de la mañana muchas veces encontraremos por ejemplo mejores y más productos en un supermercado, en una tienda, menos colas, para encontrar puestos en un estacionamiento o sentarse para en la playa.
I usually get up early every day at 6:00 am, I like to do it to make the most of the day as the saying goes "The early bird catches the worm", so we can start the day with encouragement and be very profitable and we can get better results of our work that we propose. This phrase is one of my favorite, it underlines the importance of getting up with desire and energy to give the best of oneself, also always when we leave home first thing in the morning many times we will find for example better and more products in a supermarket, in a store, less queues, to find positions in a parking lot or sit for on the beach.
“Dime de qué presumes y te diré de qué careces” || "Tell me what you brag about and I'll tell you what you lack."
Este refrán lo he tenido presente siempre en mi vida, no hay como ser una persona sencilla, humilde y modesta, aquí también aplica que cuando hace mucho alarde, es que no tiene nada o simplemente es una persona que está vacía por dentro , como dicen, la carreta cuando está vacía hace mucho ruido. Lo que combina es el hecho de que alguien se jacta o afirma poseer algo de que tiene, sea material o espiritual, y muchas veces es lo que más falta.

Este refrán para mí es muy cierto, tiene mucho que ver con lo que le pasa o hace otra persona y afirmamos que a uno eso no le pasará o simplemente no lo haremos, sin saber que la vida tiene muchos giros y vueltas y no podemos estar seguros que nosotros no vamos a pasar por lo mismo, no importa cuánto nos disguste algo, nunca debemos decir nunca, porque frente a la necesidad podemos hacerlo. Recuerdo que yo siempre decía que a mi no me gustaba que nadie me atendiera, ni me ayudaran en algo y cuando pasé por mi enfermedad, mi familia me atendieron en todo y allí aprendí esa lección , desde entonces cuido mis palabras.
This saying is very true for me, it has a lot to do with what happens to you or what someone else does and we affirm that it will not happen to us or simply we will not do it, without knowing that life has many twists and turns and we cannot be sure that we will not go through the same thing, no matter how much we dislike something, we should never say never, because when faced with the need we can do it. I remember that I always said that I did not like anyone to take care of me, or help me in anything and when I went through my illness, my family took care of me in everything and there I learned that lesson, since then I take care of my words.

Hola amiga siempre digo que los refranes son muy sabios y hay tantos refranes como situaciones estos enfrentando.
