Pasta is very versatile and is always present in our kitchen. We eat it several times a week with meat, vegetables, with sauces or dressing.
Pasta is delicious, it gives us vitality and energy, they are always irresistible, I love them because they always go perfectly with the sauces, that's why when it comes to food, I get down to business.
Today I am going to prepare a pasta with only four ingredients, that is to say, easy and delicious to make.
Pasta with Alfredo Sauce, this recipe is very simple, traditionally used with fettuccini but today I will prepare it with short pasta, besides being a good dish in those days when there is little time to cook.
Ingredients:
For the pasta:
- 300 grams of short pasta
- Water quantity needed
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
For the Alfredo sauce:
- 1.1/2 cup of whipping cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Boil the pasta in water for minutes and strain it. Reserve
- In a pot put a spoonful of oil and fry the garlic until golden, add the butter when it melts add the cream and stir well.
- Now add the Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until a creamy sauce is left
Season, salt and pepper and ready.
- At the end bathe your pasta with the sauce, cheese and add chopped parsley. It's that easy.
