Hola querida comunidad, espero se encuentren de maravilla mi día de ayer fue bastante movido, divertido y rico. Sophia y yo tenemos de visita a una tía que ya luego se las presento.
Hello dear community, I hope you have a wonderful time, my day yesterday was quite busy, fun and rich. Sophia and I are visiting an aunt who will introduce them to her later.
Ayer fuimos a casa del tío Óscar, es el tío de todos, por cariño. Y el nos preparo excelentes platos para degustar.
Yesterday we went to Uncle Óscar's house, he's everyone's uncle, for love. And he prepared excellent dishes for us to taste.
Mientras esperábamos que pasara a buscarnos la tía de sophia me pidió que nos tomáramos fotos, a ella le encanta y pues a mi también, sophia no es muy amante de la cámara y lo notarán en las fotos
While we were waiting for her to pick us up, Sophia's aunt asked me to take photos, she loves it and so do I, sophia is not very fond of the camera and you will notice it in the photos
La casa del tío Óscar es muy acogedora y apenas llegamos el se puso a manos a la obra, el primer plato que sirvió eran unas berenjenas con chistorra, este plato estuvo increíble tanto que repetimos varias veces
Uncle Óscar's house is very cozy and as soon as we got there he got to work, the first dish he served was some aubergines with chistorra, this dish was incredible so much that we repeated several times
También nos sirvió algo como una ensalada de una hoja que se llama rucula es muy rica, su sabor es parecido como a maní tostado con un poquito de picante al final, la verdad no quería probarlo, pero me atreví y terminé comiendo bastante
He also served us something like a one-leaf salad called arugula, it is very rich, its flavor is similar to roasted peanuts with a little spice at the end, I really didn't want to try it, but I dared and ended up eating a lot.
Nos preparo un ceviche, pero era el ceviche, lo ame como no tienen idea era la mezcla perfecta, fue realmente celestial

Y no con todo lo que habíamos comido, nos preparo una paella enorme, estaba súper Deliciosa, de verdad el tío Óscar es un maestro en la cocina

Y como para ser perfecto la naturaleza nos regalo un atardecer increíble, les dejaré las fotos aca

Fue increíble poder compartir, sophia la paso genial, conversamos de todo un poco y definitivamente se tiene que repetir
