Hola Hivers, abejitas, abejas y un sin fin de sustantivos que define a esta comunidad bastante especial, supongo que en algún momento encontrare un sustantivo propio. Por ahora empezare diciéndote que mi nombre es Virginia Navas, y como alguien bastante metodológica, voy a dividir este post en 3 partes. Lets Go!!!
Hivers, bees, little bees and an endless number of nouns that define this rather special community, I guess at some point I will find a noun of my own. For now I'll start by telling you that my name is Virginia Navas, and as someone quite methodological, I'm going to divide this post in 3 parts. Lets Go!
Nací hace 28 años, un lunes en la noche, creo que por eso soy tan intensa al momento de hacer las cosas, nací fuera del matrimonio como el producto del amor de la vida de mi madre (momento de sinceridad). Soy la menor de 3 hermanos, la mas consentida, la mas sensible, y aunque algo ambiguo, la que les enseña fortaleza.
Nací en la capital de mi pais "Caracas", y aunque crecí lejos de allí, nunca deje ser caraqueña, mi acento, y mis tendencias nunca se fueron.
A muy temprana edad me separe de mi familia, estuve interna en un colegio de monjas, en este momento la vida me empezó a enseñar que "las cosas se deben hacer cuando se deben hacer, sin peros".
- Sali bastante temprano de la secundaria, me fui a una de las mejores universidades de Venezuela para ese entonces, y estudie 6 semestres de Ingeniería Química, me desarrolle como tutora y como persona independiente. Sin Embargo una patología cardiaca se desarrollaba dentro de mi, así que tuve que soltar y regresar con mi familia. (pero esto, también es un tema a parte). Decidí estudiar Contaduría Publica, conoci a mi mejor amigo, un chihuhua "Ronny", egrese con mención Honorifica, estudie Idiomas Modernos, me enamore, rompieron mi corazón, tuve una cirugía del mismo, y renací.
I was born 28 years ago, on a Monday night, I think that's why I am so intense at the time of doing things, I was born out of wedlock as the product of the love of my mother's life (moment of sincerity). I am the youngest of 3 siblings, the most spoiled, the most sensitive, and although somewhat ambiguous, the one who teaches them strength.

At a very early age I separated from my family, I was a boarder in a nuns school, at this time life began to teach me that "things should be done when they should be done, no ifs and buts".
- I left high school quite early, I went to one of the best universities in Venezuela at that time, and studied 6 semesters of Chemical Engineering, I developed as a tutor and as an independent person. However a cardiac pathology was developing inside me, so I had to let go and go back to my family. (but this, too, is a separate issue). I decided to study Public Accounting, met my best friend, a chihuhua "Ronny", graduated with honors, studied Modern Languages, fell in love, had my heart broken, had heart surgery, and was reborn.

Emigre a Colombia hace 4 años, después de un par de enseñanzas de humildad, entre a trabajar en una Clínica Privada, empecé limpiando, no es un secreto que ser emigrante es bastante duro, sobre todo porque nadie cree en ti, limpiaba pisos y baños, siempre conservando mi esencia, a los meses mi jefa vio ese brillo en mi, y me empezó a delegar funciones, a tal punto que a los 6 meses ya administraba la clínica, ejercía funciones ante las entidades publicas, y hoy por hoy tengo la responsabilidad absoluta del funcionamiento y coordinación de la misma. Manejo de cartera de clientes, manejo de proveedores, habilitación ante el Ministerio de Salud, manejo de personal, auxiliar de cirugía maxilofacial, auxiliar de ortodoncia, entre otras cosas. (si lo se, pero nuevamente, este será otro tema)
Fuera de mi trabajo intramural como administratodora, conservo mi disciplina y diligencia para mis proyectos personales, hice una especialidad en Marketing Digital y diseño web en una universidad de Negocios de España, lo que me permite asesorar, mentorear y crear marcas de emprendimiento digital, lo que socialmente se conoce como community manager. aunado a esto, conservo el gusto por las tutorías, así que en espacios bastante estrictos, ayudo a estudiantes de secundaria y educación superior con algunas materias que domino, química, física, ingles, matemática, bioquímica, economía, tesis de grado entre otras.
Tambien, tengo mi emprendimiento o marca personal de accesorios, lo puedes conseguir en instagram como Merakicharms, es un punto de paz y de descanso cuando me decido a crear y diseñar. Tengo proyectos bastante solidos para esta marca.
En mis tiempos libres que son pocos, me organizo para ir al gym, fortalecerme físicamente, crear nuevas estrategias para mis proyectos, leer, y perder algo de tiempo en tik tok.
Debo mantener mi mente ocupada, ya que soy diagnosticada hace 13 años de depresión y la verdad esteee también es un tema aparte jajaha.

Outside my intramural work as an administrator, I keep my discipline and diligence for my personal projects, I made a specialty in Digital Marketing and web design at a Business University in Spain, which allows me to advise, mentor and create brands of digital entrepreneurship, which is socially known as community manager. In addition to this, I keep the taste for tutoring, so in quite strict spaces, I help high school students and higher education with some subjects that dominate, chemistry, physics, English, mathematics, biochemistry, economics, thesis among others.
Also, I have my venture or personal brand of accessories, you can get it on instagram as Merakicharms, it is a point of peace and rest when I decide to create and design. I have pretty solid projects for this brand.
In my free times which are few, I organize myself to go to the gym, strengthen myself physically, create new strategies for my projects, read, and waste some time on tik tok.
I have to keep my mind busy, since I've been diagnosed 13 years ago with depression and the truth is also a separate issue hahaha.

Mañana, mañana quiero sentir que valió el esfuerzo, mañana quiero decirle a mis nietos que la única persona que debe creer en ti, eres tu misma, que eres imparable, que no importa cuantos tachones o tropiezos pudiste tener, ESO NO ES EXCUSA, para derribar el gigante, tu mente. Las circunstancias nos definen a través de las decisiones.
Se que tocare el cielo, mi cielo, y eso colmena es lo que llevo en mente, que EL DESPERTADOR NO SEA LO QUE ME HAGA ABRIR LOS OJOS CADA AMANECER.
Tomorrow I want to feel that it was worth the effort, tomorrow I want to tell my grandchildren that the only person who should believe in you, is yourself, that you are unstoppable, that no matter how many crosses or stumbles you may have had, THAT IS NO EXCUSE, to take down the giant, your mind. Circumstances define us through our decisions.
I know I will touch heaven, my heaven, and that hive is what I carry in my mind, that THE AWAKENER IS NOT WHAT MAKES ME OPEN MY EYES EVERY MORNING.
