Hello everyone and welcome to my blog at this hour. It's Sunday, a day filled with bliss and moments of happiness because today is a day that faithfuls meet and worship at their different houses of worship.
Aside that, this Sunday is one full of difference as I was not able to mark my birthday during the week, so I moved the mini celebration to today. So, sit back, relax and enjoy all that I have packaged for your reading pleasure.
I celebrated my birthday six days ago on Monday which falls on a working day and as a result of this I wasn't able to do much merriment and all. I decided to wait till today to prepare something delicious for myself and few friends and COVID precautions will strictly be observed and more reason it's not something elaborate.
I was able to make fried rice, coleslaw, pepper soup with different types of meats, pepper ponmo (cow skin) with the help of a friend and they all were delicious.
