I am honoured to have heard this from you, thank you so much! I feel that my journey has just begun, it's like I have been given a full mental reset. It's amazing what faith , constant inner work and mind work can do to a spirit! I now realize that our lives are just a mental construct and Lincoln was right when he said that you are as happy as you make up your mind to be. I will keep my mental work nice and steady, this kind of exercise never stops as the mind needs to be tamed in order for the spirit to bloom.
