No phone. No tv. No computer.
Just you, your thoughts and in my case chill step.
I did it yesterday for 30mins which after prompted me to do some work on my business for facebook and instagram afterwards. My homepage is done as we speak.
I just did it today aswell, its such a nice feeling just laying down relaxing, thinking and checking in yourself and feeling how you are and what problems there are. I don't go into solutions, I keep the creativity flowing and I just let the problems be present if needed.
I guess its a form of meditation?
