Mezclas mantequilla con azúcar en un bowl. Bate enérgicamente, luego agregas los huevos sin dejar de mezclar, y vas incorporando la harina leudante buscando una consistencia homogénea. Al final agrega el cacao y mezcla bien.
Seguidamente enmantequilla y enharina un molde angosto y alto, tipo ponqué y procede a agregar la mezcla de manera equitativa. Colócalo en el horno previamente precalentado por arriba y por abajo a una temperatura de 220°C y verifica su cocción en aproximadamente 35 minutos. Al introducir un palillo o cuchillo y salir seco, está listo.

Este ponqué queda ligero y esponjoso, por poseer poca harina, pero es muy delicioso al paladar. Mi familia y yo lo disfrutamos mucho, el único incoveniente es que se acaba rápido (risas).
