English as 2nd Second language #Thursday vibes#Teaching perks

****Teaching 2nd language to the natives is the most exciting and interesting job to do, but at the same time it is difficult too .**
If your native language is not English then you know the difficulty at the beginning of every immature foreign student. I had difficulties too in my childhood but now it's fine. We are used to it now. Although English is not arduous to learn for the children it is. According to Lenneberg's theory of natural acquisition, one can understand every one of us had time to learn a language in a specific critical period. Which is quite justified too. English words and vocabulary that I learned 14-15 years ago are still magnified in the mind. Compare to the present age 22 and 7 year old me, I was more attentive and cherry on top in terms of learning new things. Our imagination is way more strong than now. It's a fact that people in their twenties start to forget things quite easily. When I was searching about Lenneberg's theory I totally relating myself to his model. According to him the critical period in which a person learns the 2nd language is about 2 to puberty age. If you hivers look at the bigger perspective you can relate to this because I think it's normal for us to learn language unconscious state of mind, after puberty, I think we experienced more exposure to the world around us. We see languages differently because we are aware of our native language.

In psychology, we see there are several learner factors that can develop our learning ability after the age of puberty. There are several basic factors that can help and also hinder difficulties while learning a new language for example personality of the learner plays an important role to learn a new language, if you are not at peace with yourself you are vulnerable in adopting 2nd language then you just can't learn 2nd language, and if you are strong and stern enough to learn or to explore the new language you can learn a new language effectively.

Motivation is also another factor in learning the language. if you don't have any motivation behind learning a language then language will be useless, without motivation a language can never be exercised in the environment, it can only cause disruption in the mind of such a person who is just learning a language as a 2nd language. Some people learn a language for themselves ownself but some people are forced to learn because they learning 2nd language in order to survive. We have examples of African Americans, in the beginning when they migrated from Africa 🌍 to Europe or other countries of the world they were learning the language for the sake of their survival because most of the people speak Swahili or Zulu Yoruba, Somali, Igbo. They were sensitive towards their languages, it was difficult for them to you know to survive in these big countries, because language plays an important role, apart from their other insecurities these people were suffering a lot. These people stayed firm and strong because they want to live and they wants to be alive #wearealivetribe. I am glad and happy that they are able to survive and conduct good moral values plus their public interaction becomes more valuable and Affecting other people in a positive way.

Apart from Africans, there are multicultural people living in Europe people from different Asian countries and other regions of the world speak their own native languages their first language is not English but yet they are learning and experiencing a whole new world. People from Asia whether CHINA, PAKISTAN, JAPAN, KOREA, TURKEY, INDIA, BANGLADESH speaks hundreds of natives languages. Language plays an important part in communication, without language a person will be nothing but a barbarian right.
