Thinking of poor Palestinians, a once maritime people cannot go to the Mediterranean... Tragic. My grandmother, Rabiha Dajani, is from Bethleham; a school was named after her in Hebron (al Khalil) on land she donated to build the school on. Her husband, my grandfather whom I was named after, Yahia Lababidi, was a celebrated musician, poet and something of a national treasure, I'm proud to say :)
