If you want to make a Christmas ornament and you don't have the possibility to buy the materials, I have a super cheap idea for you. We always have clothes that we have already stopped using, check the closet. I made a pair of boots with my nieces' shorts, they were very original in jeans and with a top from my sister-in-law another black boot, very elegant.
Materiales / Materials: 👕👗✂️
- 1 Short de jeans, 1 top negro, silicón de barra o líquido, tijera, collar dorado de Navidad , retacitos de tela en varios colores para combinar, tiritas de foami escarchado, retazo de tela negra.
- 1 Jeans shorts, 1 black top, bar or liquid silicone, scissors, golden Christmas necklace, fabric scraps in various colors to combine, frosted foam strips, black fabric scrap.
Procedimiento / Process: ✂️
- Cortar el short de jeans por los lados de manera de salvar lo más que se pueda de la pieza, cortamos los bolsillos también para utilizarlo como parte del decorado.
- Cut the short jeans on the sides in order to save as much of the piece as possible, we also cut the pockets to use it as part of the decoration.
- Si no te alcanza la tela de jeans, combinas la parte baja con otra tela de color y adornas con el bolsillo.
- If the jeans fabric does not reach you, combine the lower part with another colored fabric and decorate with the pocket.
- Empaté la tela de jeans con la de color fucsia para la primera bota.
- I tied the jeans fabric with the fuchsia one for the first boot.
- Coloqué el bolsillo y pegué con silicón.
- I placed the pocket and glued with silicone.
- Adorné alrededor de la bota con foami de color fucsía. Le coloqué un asa para colgar de collar dorado.
- I decorated around the boot with fuchsia foami. I attached a handle to hang a gold necklace.
- Con la segunda bota hice lo mismo, medí y corté el tamaño y complete con otra tela de color rosado y pegué un bolsillo.
- With the second boot I did the same, I measured and cut the size and completed with another pink fabric and glued a pocket.
- Cuando tengas la pieza completa, cortamos no otra pieza igual para reverso, que la hice en tela negra.
- When you have the complete piece, we cut not another equal piece for the reverse, which I made in black fabric.
- Unimos las dos piezas y decoramos las orillas con el foami escarchado de tiritas.
- We join the two pieces and decorate the edges with the frosted strip foam.
- Le di un toque personal colocándole el nombre de las dueñas de la bota.
- I gave it a personal touch by giving it the name of the owners of the boot.
- Para la bota negra; corté el top completamente y seleccioné las partes con blonda .
- For the black boot; I cut the top completely and selected the parts with lace.
- Los farales y detalles con pedrerías le los coloque en los bordes.
- I place the farales and details with rhinestones on the edges.
- La combine con fucsia. A todas les coloque el asa para congal del collar dorado, Todo lo trabajé con silicón, todo a mano y sin costuras.
- I combined it with fuchsia. I placed the congal handle of the golden necklace on all of them. I worked everything with silicone, all by hand and without seams.
¡Anímate a reciclar en navidad. Muy económico para un detalle personalizado muy original.✂️
