1 La Vida / Life
Estoy muy agradecida con Dios por permitirme estar con vida, poder despertar cada día y tener una nueva oportunidad para sentir, escuchar, comer, abrazar, reír y también llorar, porque lo único que no tiene remedio es la muerte, mientras estemos con vida hay que disfrutar de cada momento, poder respirar y dar gracias por ello es una de las mejores cosas, me gusta vivir y espero Dios me bendiga con muchos años más.
I am very grateful to God for allowing me to be alive, to be able to wake up every day and have a new opportunity to feel, listen, eat, hug, laugh and also cry, because the only thing that has no remedy is death, while we are alive there is that enjoying every moment, being able to breathe and give thanks for it is one of the best things, I like to live and I hope God bless me with many more years.
2 Mis Padres / My parents
Mis padres me criaron a mí y a mis 9 hermanos y hermanas estoy agradecida de tener unos padres buenos que se hicieron cargo de nosotros, tuvimos muchas limitaciones económicas, pero en mi casa nunca faltó el amor y estoy agradecida por ello. Mi madre murió a los 51 años, mi padre aun vive, tiene 85 años y es invidente, pero aun puedo visitarlo de vez en cuando, guardando la distancia social debido al covid, tengo mucho tiempo que no lo abrazo pero él se alegra mucho de que le hable.
My parents raised me and my 9 brothers and sisters, I am grateful to have good parents who took care of us, we had many financial limitations, but love was never lacking in my house and I am grateful for it. My mother died at the age of 51, my father is still alive, he is 85 years old and blind, but I can still visit him from time to time, keeping social distance due to the covid, I have not hugged him for a long time but he is very happy to talk to him.
3 Mis hijas / My daughters
Tengo dos hijas maravillosas, respetuosas, inteligentes, responsables y amorosas, ellas son una mujeres adultas responsables y profesionales, estoy agradecida de haber tenido la oportunidad de ser madre de estas buenas mujeres @mayoly1 e @irenenavarroart , cada una tiene una personalidad diferente y talentos distintos, soy muy afortunada de poder contar con su compañía, con ellas siempre he tenido una buena comunicación y considero que son una parte esencial de mi vida, les de dedicado mis mejores años y estoy muy orgullosa de ellas.
I have two wonderful, respectful, intelligent, responsible and loving daughters, they are responsible and professional adult women, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to be the mother of these good women @mayoly1 and @irenenavarroart , each one has a different personality and talents different, I am very fortunate to be able to count on your company, I have always had good communication with them and I consider that they are an essential part of my life, I dedicate my best years to them and I am very proud of them.
4 Mis nietos / My grandchildren
Ser abuela es la mejor experiencia de mi vida, mi amor por mis hijas se ha multiplicado, mi nieta y mis dos nietos representan el mayor compromiso que tengo, por ellos quiero vivir muchos años, mi sueño es poder vivir lo suficiente para ver la adultez de mis nietos, ellos me hacen reír de la misma forma me hacen enojar a veces con sus travesuras, estoy agradecida por cada momento de alegría que ellos me dan, verlos crecer cada día me hace muy feliz.
Being a grandmother is the best experience of my life, my love for my daughters has multiplied, my granddaughter and my two grandchildren represent the greatest commitment I have, for them I want to live many years, my dream is to be able to live long enough to see adulthood of my grandchildren, they make me laugh in the same way they make me angry sometimes with their antics, I am grateful for every moment of joy that they give me, seeing them grow every day makes me very happy.
5 Mis hermanos / My brothers and sisters
Tengo 7 hermanas y 3 hermanos, mis hermanas han sido siempre un importante apoyo emocional y moral en mi vida, incluso me han ayudado en los peores momentos de alguna forma económica y cualquier otra ayuda que hayan podido darme, una de las cosas más importantes que tengo en mi relación con mis hermanas además de el amor es la confianza que tengo con ellas, se que ellas son un apoyo en mi vida que no se acabara aunque las adversidades se presenten, yo al mismo tiempo que les agradezco siempre estoy dispuesta a ayudarles siempre que lo necesiten , porque con mis hermanas tengo un vinculo muy fuerte.
Asimismo agradezco mucho por mi hermano menor @Drhueso a quien considero como mi hijo, por el cual tengo mucha admiración por haberse convertido en un hombre fuerte y responsable, que ama a su familia y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar, hace pocos días me he recuperado del Covid y el siempre estuvo atento a mi recuperación haciéndome visita media a la casa, agradezco mucho a Dios por mi hermano.
I have 7 sisters and 3 brothers, my sisters have always been an important emotional and moral support in my life, they have even helped me in the worst moments in some economic way and any other help they have been able to give me, one of the most important things that I have in my relationship with my sisters, in addition to love, it is the trust I have with them, I know that they are a support in my life that will not end even if adversities arise, I at the same time that I thank them I am always willing to help them whenever they need it, because I have a very strong bond with my sisters.
I also thank very much for my younger brother @Drhueso whom I consider as my son, for whom I have a lot of admiration for having become a strong and responsible man, who loves his family and is always willing to help, a few days ago I recovered of the Covid and he was always attentive to my recovery making me a half visit to the house, I thank God very much for my brother.
6 Mi hogar / My home
Mi casa no solo son sus paredes y su techo, constituir mi hogar con mi difunto esposo y tener un lugar donde poder criar a mis hijas es algo por lo cual estoy muy agradecida, ahora mismo vivo con mi hija menor y mi nieto, a veces me toca estar sola en casa, pero siento que tener este espacio para mi es la mayor bendición, no todo el mundo tiene la dicha de tener su casa propia, mi casa es pequeña y no tiene nada de lujos, pero soy feliz por tenerla.
My house is not only its walls and its roof, making my home with my late husband and having a place where I can raise my daughters is something for which I am very grateful, right now I live with my youngest daughter and my grandson, sometimes I have to be alone at home, but I feel that having this space for me is the greatest blessing, not everyone has the happiness of having their own house, my house is small and does not have any luxury, but I am happy to have it.
7 Mi blog / My blog
Tener la oportunidad de escribir en Hive y que gracias a ello obtenga un beneficio económico que me ayude a ser independiente a la tercera edad es algo por lo cual estoy muy agradecida, siento que Hive es la bendición de muchos venezolanos y yo soy parte de este grupo, mi vida cambió por completo desde que comencé a publicar de manera constate y estoy muy agradecida.

8 Mi salud / My health
Hace poco tuve Covid y a pesar de que aun debo tener precaución, cuidarme y no hacer esfuerzos físicos ni exponerme a un nuevo contagio, mi salud es buena, mis órganos internos y externos están funcionando bien, mis órganos de los sentidos, mis extremidades y mi cerebro me permiten disfrutar de la vida, con la edad estas cosas pueden cambiar, por eso considero que a mis 56 años tengo un buen cuerpo, sano y lleno de energía para jugar con mis nietos, cocinar rica comida, cuidar mis plantas y sobre todo disfrutar de la compañía de mis seres queridos, hablar con ellos, poder comunicarme efectivamente, coordinar mis pensamientos, ser capaz de sentir cada aspecto de la vida, estoy mi agradecida por la salud que tengo.
I recently had Covid and although I still have to be careful, take care of myself and not make physical efforts or expose myself to a new contagion, my health is good, my internal and external organs are working well, my sense organs, my extremities and my brain allow me to enjoy life, with age these things can change, that is why I consider that at 56 years old I have a good body, healthy and full of energy to play with my grandchildren, cook delicious food, take care of my plants and above all enjoy the company of my loved ones, talk with them, be able to communicate effectively, coordinate my thoughts, be able to feel every aspect of life, I am grateful for my health.
9 Mi mascota / My pet
Hace un tiempo mi gato Ziggy murió y mi perro Lázaro fue a vivir con mi hija mayor, entonces el gato de mi nieto llegó en 2019, esta nueva mascota ha servido de compañía para mi nieto en esta cuarentena y ausencia de escuela, le ha ayudado a superar algunas fobias y siento que mi nieto a desarrollado su sentido de la empatía y responsabilidad con este pequeño gato, agradezco poder tener de nuevo una mascota en casa que nos haga compañía.
Some time ago my cat Ziggy died and my dog Lázaro went to live with my eldest daughter, then my grandson's cat arrived in 2019, this new pet has served as a companion for my grandson in this quarantine and absence from school, it has helped him to overcome some phobias and I feel that my grandson has developed his sense of empathy and responsibility with this little cat, I am grateful to be able to have a pet at home to keep us company.
10 Experiencia / Experience
A muchas personas no les gusta admitir la edad que tiene, pero mis edad me ha permitido aprender a partir de las experiencias, sean buenas o sean malas, poder aprender de cada circunstancia ha hecho que valore mas mi vida y los años que tengo en este mundo, cualquier persona mayor desasearía saber lo que sabe cuando fueron jóvenes, porque la experiencia es algo muy valioso y estoy muy agradecida por esto.
Many people do not like to admit how old they are, but my age has allowed me to learn from experiences, good or bad, being able to learn from each circumstance has made me value my life and the years I have in it more. world, any older person would like to know what they know when they were young, because experience is something very valuable and I am very grateful for this.

Como nota adicional a esta publicación de agradecimiento, les cuento que mi nieto siempre le entusiasma dibujar y hacer todo lo que yo hago en casa, cuando me vió haciendo mi lista de agradecimiento insistió en que le hiciera una igual para pintar, le escribí 10 cosas y le expliqué por qué estar agradecido por ello. El pintó las flores de la lista , le colocó su nombre y me pidió que le tomar a una fotografía del mismo modo que yo lo hice, así que estoy agradecida por este reto por permitirme pasar otro lindo momento con mi nieto.
As a side note to this thank you post, my grandson always loves to draw and do everything I do at home, when he saw me making my thank you list he insisted that I make him one just like it to paint, I wrote him 10 things and explained to him why he would be thankful for it. He painted the flowers on the list, put his name on it and asked me to take a picture of him the same way I did, so I am grateful for this challenge for allowing me to spend another nice moment with my grandson.---
