(ESP-ENG) Rica torta de cacao, sin batidora /Paso a paso/ Rich cocoa cake, without mixer

Bienvenidos a mi pequeño blog, espero hayan tenido un esplendido día, en esta noche hermosa les muestro como realice una torta de cacao, así que vamos a los ingredientes y seguido el paso a paso

Welcome to my little blog, I hope you have had a splendid day, on this beautiful night I show you how to make a cocoa cake, so let's go to the ingredients and follow the step by step.

1/2 Tasa de aceite.
220gr de azúcar.
2 huevos.
250gr de harina todo uso.
1/2 cucharadita de canela.
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato.
Una pizca de sal.
1 taza de cacao en polvo
2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear.
1 y 1/2 taza de leche.
1 y 1/2 cucharada de vinagre para el Buttermilk

1/2 cup of oil.
220gr sugar.
2 eggs.
250gr all-purpose flour.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
Pinch of salt.
1 cup cocoa powder.
2 teaspoons of baking powder.
1 and 1/2 cup milk.
1 and 1/2 tablespoons vinegar for the buttermilk.

Preparamos el Buttermilk en una taza en una taza y media de leche
Coloca 1 y 1/2 cucharada de vinagre mezcla y reserva

We prepare the Buttermilk in a cup in a cup and a half of milk.
Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar, mix and set aside

Tamiza todos los ingredientes y reserva los secos

Sift all the ingredients together and set aside the dry ingredients.

En un envase suficientemente grande colocaremos los dos huevos y la taza de aceite

Agrega los ingredientes secos alternando con el Buttermilk e incorporar con una paleta, harina,el chocolate, la pizca de sal, casi por último, 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato, la 1/2 cucharadita de canela.

Add the dry ingredients alternately with the buttermilk and incorporate with a paddle, flour, chocolate, pinch of salt, almost last, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Por último el polvo de hornear y la azúcar y batimos con la paleta de madera, hasta disolver bien

Finally, add the baking powder and sugar and beat with a wooden paddle until well dissolved.

Luego lo agregamos en una tortera de su preferencia, vamos a hornear de a 180° por 60 minutos aproximadamente

Then we add it in a pan of your preference, we will bake it at 180° for approximately 60 minutes.

Y así nos queda nuestra torta de cacao sin batidora, espero les guste y les sirva de mucho mi receta
