Aprovechando que ya se viene diciembre, me animé a hacer algo diferente en pixel art.
With December just around the corner, I felt inspired to try something new in pixel art.
- En mi publicación anterior compartí otro diseño, pero esta vez encontré una imagen que me gustó mucho y decidí recrearla.
In my previous post I shared another design, but this time I came across an image I really liked and decided to recreate it.
- Soy fanático de Pokémon, especialmente de Gengar, pero esta vez quise darle protagonismo a Charmander.
I'm a big Pokémon fan, especially of Gengar, but this time I wanted to give Charmander the spotlight.
🧱 Paso a paso del diseño
Step-by-step breakdown
- Primero empecé con el delineado en negro, cuadro por cuadro, para definir la silueta.
I started with the black outline, pixel by pixel, to shape the silhouette.
- Luego le di forma a la boca, los ojos y los dientes, cuidando los detalles.
Then I shaped the mouth, eyes, and teeth, paying attention to the details.
- Pasé a construir el cuerpo y después apliqué los colores base.
I moved on to building the body and then applied the base colors.
- Me olvidé de tomar una foto antes de pintarlo, pero en el resultado final se nota cómo fui armando la llama y ajustando los tonos.
I forgot to take a photo before coloring, but in the final result you can see how I built the flame and adjusted the tones.
¿Por qué lo hago?
Why I do it
- Aunque el diseño es sencillo, lo hago porque me gusta, me entretiene y me permite desconectarme un rato.
Even though the design is simple, I do it because I enjoy it, it entertains me, and helps me unwind.
- Es algo que me da gusto compartir, sobre todo en esta época del año.
It's something I’m happy to share, especially during this time of year.
