Cool, i'll make it there soon, i should have come today and just sat with you. My foot is as broken as the society we will live in! Ha, i'm hoping the cold/ hot therapy helps soon (Danielle was kind enough to get me some packs that are great).

Best to ease into things. You could come along to watch to start and walk the course when you feel able.
