This is what question I got from an inbox while chatting with some of my old friends on Hive. Although it is necessary for us women to make enquiry of what we did not know and this is why it is awesome to communicate with one another in order to make progress in what we do and also make good contacts throughout the world. The question goes this.

Do Yam Grow In Sack?

I will say to the best of my knowledge and also the experiences I already known from past Farm activities and also friends and relatives I absolutely say categorically that yam do grow inside Sack. Yes. This is because as human being we need to practice outside our range this is what I mean. Sometimes we do believe that there are so many things impossible but I tell you that to me only if I am not permitted to practice it in my own farmland or garden. I like to go outside my own shell in order to learn more about seed planting, nursery, making more improvements implanting on mobile seedbed, cultivating strange seeds ( there are some seeds that are known initially that cannot survive in Nigeria due to the weather condition but I love to practice and plant those kind of seeds) so what I say in hences is that yam do grow in sacksonly if you try to plant it correctly and accordingly and also follow the necessary procedures till it get fully matured.

As you can see I made this mobile sack few months ago and it's already working so well to serve as normal hips for planting Yam set.

A little bit of Hand Weeding is just needed once in a while.
