The most important thing about this tropical fruit is its high content of vitamins and minerals, it has more vitamin C than an orange and a lot of vitamin B3 and vitamin B2, as well as potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus.
Su sabor es muy peculiar, ácido y dulce a la misma vez, ideal para reponer fuerzas después de un día duro de trabajo. La mayoría de la fruta es agua y una gran cantidad de pepitas.
