Healthy Indifference

We often worry about so many things, what can push us to depression.

Life is full of events. Of course, we always expect the best, but sometimes, we get the worse. And we should always be ready for anything. Just like we see the ups and downs in a chart of cryptocurrency, we may have the same, in reality. That's why we shouldn't worry that much about the negatives. The most important is to learn how to face that. That's the best way to not let what happened affect us. We kind of learn how to not care that much about what's going on, or not to care at all. That what's called ” Healthy Indifference ”. It's not to be indifferent at all, but to have the right reaction, and to not let anything impact our psychological health.

Of course. it's maybe hard to do. Especially when the situation get so bad. But we should control ourselves, otherwise, we may get down, or at all lose our minds. I understand this very well, because I've got so many situations in my life, where only the state of healthy indifference helped me to go through all those troubles I had. In such situation none of those psychologists will help. There is a great quote I know : '' You're your own psychologist.'' And that's true. People don't always have the chance to ask for an advice, but they often have to solve their troubles by themselves.

The healthy indifference is an art to practice. Our lives are in our own hands.
