We all want to have quick success and also want to move ahead in the life. And in that context you can see that when you want success you more or less want the laziness. In such context you would understand that sometimes you are not chasing the goal but want to be more laziness.
When you get success easily you don't respect your success. You treat it like lottery and spend that success like a lottery. And then when you get closer to the success often you don't have much clue how it would look. It becomes a part of your life routine. So that's the value of the success when it is achieved through hard work.

Why Easy Success is Not Motivating
Easy success means you don't understand the depth of the success. You in turn decide to use the variables around you to reach the final outcome. And so the laziness adds up for your success and you don't understand how hard and valuable the success was in turn. So we make less risky decision and mostly playing safe.
So here are some reason why easy and early success is not worth it.
- You get into the habit of procrastination more.
- You expect all variables to success to just work.
- You don't have struggle and patience to reach the outcome.
- You think people and the social variables would work in your favor without working.
- You would stop hustling and innovating.
- You would not see things from multiple views and the scenarios.
Conclusion
As you can see from your own experience while living and dealing with everyday problems. You feel more stronger when you deal with problems through process and with patience. Any problem that can be easily solved does not make you strong.

I disagree with this, easy success doesn't lead to laziness, at first a person must work to earn, easy success can come from well calculated ideas and these days we work smart not hard... When you invest rightly success comes easily.
