When we refer to the term TEAMBUILDING it is the term that means team building.
This means that it contains in itself all those activities designed to improve productivity in the work team, as well as the communication of its members, in turn giving extra motivation to all participants.
It should also be noted that it is associated with other benefits such as reinforcing company values or facilitating the resolution of conflicts that may appear in the work environment.
With the idea of having a well-motivated team and fostering the feeling of belonging to the organization, many are the companies that carry out this type of initiative.
These activities are carried out both within working hours and outside of it. The ideal is to carry out these activities as original as possible, quite different from what each of the workers do on a day-to-day basis.
Also, it is very important that all members are comfortable and at ease with the proposed dynamic and that it is always oriented to facilitate communication and teamwork.

La gran pregunta: ¿Qué es el TEAMBUILDING?
Cuando nos referimos al término TEAMBUILDING es el término que significa construcción de equipos.
Esto quiere decir que encierra en sí mismo todas esas actividades diseñadas para mejorar la productividad en el equipo de trabajo, también la comunicación de sus integrantes dando a su vez una motivación extra a todos los participantes.
También cabe destacar que se asocia con otros beneficios como el hecho de reforzar los valores de la empresa o bien facilitar la resolución de los conflictos que pueden aparecer en el entorno laboral.
Con la idea de tener un equipo bien motivado y fomentar el sentimiento de pertenencia a la organización, muchas son las empresas que realizan este tipo de iniciativas.
Éstas actividades se realizan tanto dentro del horario laboral como fuera del mismo. Lo ideal es realizar esas actividades lo más original posible, bien diferente a lo que cada uno de los trabajadores realizan día a día.
También, es muy importante que todos los integrantes estén cómodos y a gusto con la dinámica que se propone y que esta siempre se oriente a facilitar la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo.
