We have reached the start of our second week, the first day of week 2 and I have been so happen that we have had some amazing content written by some exceptional authors to curate. Thanks to the entrants for sharing these pieces.

it's great to see so many people taking part and many others interested in joining us shortly, which is good for everyone involved.

Together we can help to build #pob engagement beyond what can be found elsewhere, creating a community that welcomes all and encourages authors to continue creating great content to curate.

As I have explained already, I will be offering an incentive to reblog the #faotd posts, once we get our first five entries to the contest in a single day, I will give the First place Winner of that day a Bitcoin cash NFT from my prized collection.

My Favourite Article of the Day

My Favourite Article of the day was written by @wiseagent in the article we explore the possibilties of Parallel worlds and alternative realities Something I think most of us have thought about or at the very least wondered of these possibilities.

It is an interesting and intriguing post which led me to recent thoughts I had when asked a question if I believed there was the possibility of other planets with life, just like earth.

This is something I find it hard to not think there is certainly a very high likelihood, given the vast size of the known universe, planets still undiscovered and so many unknowns. a really enjoyable and thought provoking piece, expand your mind of thought, drop by and give this article a read, you will feel better for doing so.

The article is written in English, Spanish and Portuguese

@jaxsonmurph I have visited @ayesha-malik 's page and upvoted a different post that I enjoyed instead. Giving some credit where credit is due still :-)

@samsmith1971 it's an honor for me that you have liked something unusual 😁 which can't be described 😊 let me check which post of mine has grabbed your attention.
By the way thanks for your visit🤩

Fair play Sam, I never thought of that myself, a good strategy Ha Ha, at least the authors are getting some good exposure, Thanks for that

Congratulations to all the winners of the previous contest.

My favourite article of the day titled as they hear what they eant to hear is written by @sofs-su .
In this article she has written about a human behavior of seeking advice and not giving an ear to it.

She says people do not seek advice because they really want us to give then advice but they want us to affirm their decision that they had already made up.
Relating to a personal incidence, she says people even go for ending up the friendship if our suggestion (affirmation) doesn't go in line with their mind.

My #FAOTD is one by @calumam Adjust the dimmer switch . What I love about this article on Eureka moments is that it explores the longevity of expectation of eureka moments in ones life. I love the perspective taken. Nicely balanced, poignant with a dash of humour. Highly recommend @calumam 's take on the Word of the week contest that he runs. #faotd #dcc

A nice choice Sam, I love @calumams work especially that which explains the word of the week from his own perspective, an interesting piece which leaves you thinking afterwards, could I have had some of those Eureka moments, albeit we all have but are they truly Euraka moments or just wishful thinking on our own parts.

Great to see you back, sometimes we all need a little distraction from the rom the madness that surrounds us.

Wow awesome! I came first again, congrats to you @plint and @aimharryianne more wins to us.

My Favorite Article of The Day would be the article titled They Only Hear What They Want To Hear written by @sofs-su

Her point of view on the topic was so valid, she made it clear why people go for advice and end up not yielding to the advice. The main reason is that people go for advice so they could get a yes vote to their already thought out plans, that's just so unfair to those they meet for advice.

She shared a short story of her experience where her friend stopped associating with her because she gave a no vote to his plans when he came for an advice.

It is true that some just want a sounding board that will give them the answers to that which they seek, however it is important that we can be in some cases the voice of reason, when we believe others need a honest evaluation of their choices. whichever way we look at it, people will only take that which is relevant to their choices as important to them, because they have already made up their minds.

Thanks a lot! My favorite article today was this one on If Hive should focus on ease of use or not by @denmarkguy
I chose this one because it shows something that I see every day with the kids (high school) that I teach: if it's not easy or available in a single click they will not problem solve, but they will give up. What the author talks about in his article is if this is something Hive should accommodate for example by making log in with facebook possible. Or should we simple demand that people are more resourceful and expect people to move beyond the: this website is too complicated, never mind

I thought it was interesting and thought provoking. #faotd #dcc

An interesting piece, not too keen on needing to have an account on these platforms myself or giving FB or Google access to my information in order to sign into #Hive, at least with Twitter you can simply use a phone number and will not be bombared with text messages or emails, what some see as ease of use others see as an invasion of privacy.

Personally I prefer my privacy and would more than likely move elsewhere is I had to give up my privacy to access my hive account,

Yeah it's the same for me!

Congrats to @aimharryianne @merit.ahama for this effort; I am highly motivated to share my views about my favorite article by giving credit to the author;

My favorite article is being written by @amberkashif; in this article The root cause she has narrated the experience; it has been described how we all spend offer to find a solution only by viewing it externally. Sometimes the issue is minor and all the time; money ans effort are invested in judging and observing the major issues.

I found it worthy as she related it to real-life experience; the stitching machine which serves to give us beautiful clothes sometimes encounters issues; at that moment we are helpless as it's being operated simply but yet when it becomes defective much effort, is required to take it back to the previous routine.

Steps for making the machine regular gave me the knowledge also even the minor things matter a lot we should observe them keenly people can only give you suggestion but you must find the root cause of the problem.
