This is more of a personal reflection than any other related field I wish to narrow down that in the face of the social issues that surround us in Hive, we shouln't forget to consider the absolute freedom of use of our stacks as the human beings and individuals that we are.
Esto es mas una reflexión personal que cualquier otro campo relacionado deseo acotar, no olviden considerar eso ante la problemática social que nos rodea en Hive y la libertad de uso de nuestros stacks como seres humanos e individuos que somos.

Power is the greatest object of desire that exists in the eyes of mankind, in ancient times, the one who had the power over fire was the leader of the tribe, the one who sharpened the rock was head of the village, the one who controlled the steel was the governor of the Empire and finally the one who manipulated trade and economy controlled the world.
El poder es el mayor objeto de deseo que existe ante los ojos de la humanidad, en la antigüedad, quien tenia el poder sobre el fuego era el líder de la tribu, el que afilaba la roca era jefe de la aldea, quien controlaba el acero era el gobernador del Imperio y por ultimo el que manipulaba el comercio y la economía controlaba el mundo.
Hive brought us a new type of economic power never seen before, the power we all recognize as the Vote which has been divided into Upvote and Downvote. This power has flowed into the construction of governance systems and dozens of other mechanisms that I will not delve into.
Hive nos trajo un nuevo tipo de poder económico jamas visto con anterioridad, el poder que todos reconocemos como el Voto el cual se ha dividido en Upvote y Downvote. Este poder ha fluido a la construcción de sistemas de gobernanza y decenas de otros mecanismos en los que no he de ahondar.

Voting has revolutionized the 3.0 network, it has turned the savings accounts given by banks into a kind of reward system that helps both the voted and the voter, this technological revolution has created a system that was supposed to facilitate cooperation and brotherhood, however, that is not our reality.

Negative voting is a system that works to pressure and pushes negative content off the platform: plagiarism, racism, harmful, illegal, and immoral content. However, it was soon discovered that just as there is no justification for upvoting, there is no justification for downvoting and thus a place for envy was formed on Hive.
El voto negativo, es un sistema que funciona para presionar y empujar fuera de la plataforma el contenido negativo, es decir: el plagio, el racismo, el contenido dañino, ilegal e inmoral. Sin embargo muy pronto se descubrió que al igual que no hay que justificar el voto positivo, tampoco el negativo y con ello se formo un lugar para la envidia en Hive.

You don't know how curious my days on Hive have been since I joined. At times I have felt envy disguised as innocent questions, questions about others personal lives or worse, my personal life from members of the community, looking for some way to find a crack through which to intrude and find a way to profit for themselves.
No saben los curiosos que han sido mis días en Hive desde que me uní. En ocasiones he sentido la envida disfrazada en preguntas inocentes, preguntas sobre la vida personal de otros o peor aun, sobre mi vida personal por parte de miembros de la comunidad, buscando alguna manera de encontrar una rendija por la cual inmiscuirse y encontrar una forma de sacar provecho para si mismos.
But at the end of the day, all human beings are beings of opportunity, while sometimes opportunism feels like an assault but to be honest is that a bad thing?
Pero al fin y al cabo todos los seres humanos somos seres de oportunidad, si bien en ocasiones el oportunismo se siente como un asalto realmente... ¿Es eso algo malo?

We could create labor arguments from both perspectives and easily point to malice in Hive as a negative, but that malice along with selfishness is one of the causes of the thriving economy, it is malicious who focus so much on making money that they end up generating the fluidity and beneficial exchanges that make up a healthy economy.
Podríamos laborar argumentos desde ambas perspectivas y fácilmente señalar la malicia en Hive como algo negativo, pero esa malicia junto al egoísmo es una de las causas de que su economía prospere, son los maliciosos los que se enfocan tanto en ganar dinero que terminan generando la fluidez e intercambios beneficiosos que integran una economía saludable.

Are malicious people something we should tolerate to some extent? Yes, in every community there are malicious individuals, not to be confused with malevolent, the malevolents in hive are those who post illegal content. Instead of the malicious just want to find ways to replicate your success and in the process step on you, in principle it is not something alien to the human process, everyone wants power, success, fame, fortune or at least glory in the respect of others.
¿Son la gente maliciosa entonces algo que debemos tolerar hasta cierto punto? Si, en toda comunidad existe individuos maliciosos, no confundir con malévolos, los malévolos en hive son aquellos quien ponen contenido ilegal, en cambio el malicioso solo quiere encontrar maneras de replicar tu éxito y en el proceso pisotearte, en principio no es algo ajeno al proceso humano, todos quieren poder, éxito, fama, fortuna o al menos gloria en el respeto de los otros.

In the end the votes have become something that can be innocent or malicious, nothing more painful in Hive than a negative vote without any reason, but nothing more beautiful than a positive vote under that same line, with that I invite you to be more human and I will close my reflection with it. Al final los votos se han convertido en algo que puede ser inocente o malicioso, nada mas doloroso en Hive que un voto negativo sin razón alguna, pero nada mas hermoso que un voto positivo bajo ese mismo renglón, con ello les invito a ser mas humanos y cierro mi reflexión. Admito que nunca había pensado en los que tienen cuentas automatizadas para votar solo en negativo como algo que favoreciera a la economía de la red, el punto de vista que relatas me ha dado algo para reflexionar.
El voto negativo presiona a la competitividad, lo cual crea contenido de calidad en su lugar junto a la envidia invita a otros a enfocar su contenido en temas que den mas dinero, lo cual empuja la economía interna de hive y lleva a mas ventas e intercambios de Hives fuera y dentro, lo cual empuja el precio, disparando el hive y la economía interna como un completo, es decir ¿Un mal necesario?
Pude señalar como cada downvote war genera ingresos de manera pasiva y mostrar evidencia de ello pero me pareció llamar demasiado la atención, no me atrevía a mostrar el respaldo de mi argumento por miedo a llamar atención negativa a mi mismo. Sin embargo ya pasada las 24 horas del post ya puedo decirlo xD los curadores no miran los post luego de 72 horas por ejemplo y los votos fuertes no lo miran luego de 24.
MI punto es: puedo señalar que de hecho si es positivo para la economia, siempre y cuando no seas un token o algo asi :D
All things in this world operate in a similar manner as you have also noted. It would be no different within any group, as has been my experience. I think it's crucial to accept that this is how life is and not just on Hive. Each person has to decide how they will choose to conduct themselves. When participating in any group, it's important to be self-aware, know what one is looking for from whatever group it is, and participate in a manner that is respectful to others, yet sets appropriate boundaries when the situation requires it. The best any of us can do, is set the best example possible, each through our own behaviour.

You are right, if like that in any group and it goes beyong Hive, it goes to all sorts of life and enviroments, is something we cannont avoid, boundaries are key to keep people front becoming problems on our lifes and the example is more than needed and if we are to judge others, then we should teach by example :D

Yes, appropriate and respectful boundaries. That's why it's crucial to know oneself. Then you know your limits and can set the boundaries in that manner. I think it's crucial to always look at oneself before passing judgement on anyone. What I find when I do that, is the same thing I don't like in another person. That's why I also emphasize appropriate and respectful boundaries.
We all teach by example. It's made me very conscious of how I walk about the world. We all learn from each other, even in the tiniest of ways.

If by malicious you mean people just trying to make a comfortable living, yes there is definitely a place for them. We will always have people who want or need to sell and that is normal. I don't think any of us plan to keep every sat on the platform to our last breath?
But if you mean people who are out to hurt Hive and the people here? No, there is not a place for them.
