There are lots of Blockchain based social media platform that are known to us and majority of those platform have a feature that is known as Curation.
Have you ever think why is this feature necessary ? or have you ever thought that there should be nothing like curation and people must be rewarded randomly ?
well you are free to answer those questions in the comments and i would love to read and respond to readers view point.
There are many reasons why we can say that Curation is really an important feature. Curation is when we curate i.e the power to reward users writing here based on our stake.
If we remove the feature of Curation from these platforms maybe we will have to think of some algorithms for rewarding people and that will take time. But what Curation brings with itself is that it gives the power to the user of this platform to reward others.
No Algorithms or bots will be doing that but every single person with required stake do it.
Now there are some bots running here and you can very well see that it do not goes on for checking plagiarism for the content and the upvote is randomly given to random users.
But there are people who are Curating manually and they bring all the good to the platform.
To be honest i don't curate manually all the time , I simply curate some people who i have followed and known for a long time. but nothing is better then manual curation.
So to every single person reading this , i would like to say it that if you have any amount of stake and your upvote is worth anything then you are also doing Curation.
So keep increasing your stake but make sure not to Curate Plagiarism blogs.
