Gryphon Digital Mining bought the latest iteration 7,200 Antminer S19J Pro mining rigs from The Bitcoin (BTC) mining equipment maker, Bitmain amounting to $48 million. This means that Gryphon will have its hashing power rise by a factor of 720 petahash per second (PH/s), putting it among the top 15 Bitcoin miners hash rate distribution, according to data from BTC.com. The supply for the mining rigs will kick of this August.
